EHPS – electrohydraulic power steering pump for heavy commercial vehicles

The continual rise in fuel prices and imminent legal regulations for the limitation of CO2 emissions in commercial vehicles have served to highlight the potentials in this connection offered by electrohydraulic power steering pumps. The primary advantage here is increased efficiency in the steering system which reduces fuel consumption, thereby increasing the efficiency of transportation.

It’s a well-known problem: The preparation of data consumes more time than the actual simulation. For example, for a complete body shell, as many as 2,000 different parts must be joined, similar to flanging. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to carry out this job at the press of a button using a standard PC and have the finished mesh a few hours later?
