Powered Thermal Shooting Target Advances Training for Thermal Weapons

IR.Tools™, a leading provider of infrared identification for the military and law enforcement has announced the launch of a new Powered Thermal Target product line. The expansion into Powered Thermal Targets, complements IR.Tools already extensive Passive target inventory.

This unique powered thermal target built with proprietary Fabroc™ heat technology is nearly indestructible. Constructed with a rubber like material, it has no wires to short circuit from bullet penetration. The target powers up on a 12/24 volt battery, is lightweight, heat-efficient, and remains intact for over 500 rounds. The consistent, life-like thermal contrast is a result of the self healing materials which prevents contrast flaring.

An additional benefit that makes this thermal shooting target so special is its durability. Fort Bragg, NC, has been shooting at the same Fabroc™ targets for 9-years. IR.Tools builds this stand-out IR target for the military, special forces, law enforcement, hunters, and recreational sportsmen.

Protecting Those Who Protect Us is the IR.Tools mission. Their goal is to bring the men and women who risk their lives everyday home safe to their loved ones. In addition to advanced weapon training targets, IR.Tools proprietary IR patches and thermal markers provide excellent friend or foe protection. Tom Boyer’s vision and passion for innovation has resulted in 21 patents.
