ACMH was recently chosen as supplier for the French Army ‘s radar shelters .
The firm won the tender due to its reliable manufacturing process and use of special technology.
The radar shelters are aluminium with thermal insulation. Assembly of the panels against the structure’s beams is carried out by cold welding technology with continuous seams.
This particular welding process guarantees the shelter will remain water-insulated during many years, in spite of sever climatic conditions. The stiffness and the precision of the shelter is also important criteria.
ACMH previously delivered Continuous Emissions Monitoring CEM ( electromagnetic) shielded shelters for French Army use .
The ACMH military range of shelters included life support shelter, CEM and telecommunications shelters and special containers.
