VPK LLC at Army 2016 International Forum

The Army 2016 international military-technical forum has started in Kubinka (Moscow Region). The Military Industrial Company (VPK LLC) has taken a proactive part in the event, having shown at an outdoor display area, at its pavilion stand and during a dynamic demonstration six full-scale vehicles developed and made by its subsidiaries.

In all, more than 20 full-scale items of materiel derived from VPK’s wheeled armoured vehicles are exhibited at the show.

Many of them have proved all the rage with the experts and Russian uniformed agencies’ leaders attending the show. In particular, VPK’s exposition has been toured by Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov, Military Industrial Commission Deputy Chairman Oleg Bochkaryov, Defense Ministry Main Automotive and Armour Directorate Chief Lt-Gen. Alexandr Shevchenko, National Guard Commander-in-Chief Sergei Yerygin, Belarusian Defense Minister Lt-Gen Andrei Ravkov leading a delegation, just to name a few.

Around 20 foreign official delegations have visited VPK’s exposition over the first two days of the show. The foreign guests have been briefed on the displays and have held talks with VPK Director General Alexandr Krasovitsky and his deputies, discussing both general cooperation and specific steps in this sphere.

The Army 2016 international forum is under way.
