CCP Gransden’s innovation was narrowly pipped for the win by the material supplier Cygnet Texkimp’s innovation in the manufacture of thermoplastic tapes.

This award sought to ‘find that young person who is already demonstrating the potential to contribute greatly to the future of a UK company and the composites industry as a whole’.
