Having successfully launched SitaWare Frontline at DSEi, Systematic has today announced a strategic partnership with WB Electronics of Poland, which will see the companies integrating the software into the TOPAZ artillery fire control system.

Graham, CSO, "Not only are we working together to integrate our new software product, SitaWare Frontline, into WB Electronics’ TOPAZ artillery fire control system, but we will also provide SitaWare Headquarters for upper level commands. This will add fully interoperable battle management and situational awareness capabilities to their existing products. Furthermore, we at Systematic are very pleased to be in a position to offer WB Electronics’ products to our customer-base."

Systematic’s newest software product, SitaWare Frontline, is a breakthrough in battle management software that has been developed together with military commanders returning from Afghanistan to address real world C2 challenges.

It has been specifically designed for troops operating in tough environments, where a clear operational view with rapid updates of friendly force tracking (FFT) is absolutely essential and has proved to offer exceptional performance over intermittent, low bandwidth tactical radio networks.

The software has a unique two-part design – a user application and a vehicle application – which has the benefit of making it extremely simple to deploy and very easy to maintain.
