DynCorp International (DI) has been selected as one of the 20 prime contractors for the US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command’s (TACOM) strategic service solutions equipment related services (TS3 ERS) contract.

The selection by the Army Contracting Command enables the company to compete for task orders under the competitively-awarded indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, which has an eight-year period of performance, and a maximum potential value of $1.1bn.

Other awardees include Army Fleet Support, BAE Systems Land & Armaments, Baum, Romstedt Technology Research, Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services, Ducom, Vectrus Systems, Honeywell Technology Solutions, Jacobs Technology, and Lockheed Martin.

Additionally, Mantech Advanced Systems International, PD Systems, Qualis, SAIC, Strategic Resources, Systems Products and Solutions, URS Federal Services, VSE, Integrated Logistics Solutions, and SFS Global / Tiburon JV, will serve as prime contractors.

With a total ceiling of $3.5bn, the TACOM’s strategic service solutions family of contracts also includes knowledge based services and research and development awards, and primarily support service requirements for the Program Executive Office (PEO) combat support and combat service support, PEO ground combat systems.

Other beneficiaries include the Systems Engineering and Integration Directorate, Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center, as well as the enterprise agencies of the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command.
