The US Army Contracting Command has awarded a $356.21m contract modification to AM General for the delivery of 1,259 M1151A1B1s and 414 M1152A1B2 (high-mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicles) HMMWVs.

Scheduled for delivery in July 2017, the vehicles will be used to support Afghan security forces.

Herndon Products has been awarded a $108m contract by US Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support to provide industrial hardware for the army’s aviation maintenance efforts, through July 2020.

The contract has a four-year base period and two three-year options.
