The Australian Government has released 'The Defence Capability Plan 2009' (DCP), announcing capital equipment projects valued at more than A$60bn.
The DCP details 110 contracts planned for approvals in 2009–13 as part of the Force 2030 modernisation programme.
The projects are split into four separate Acquisition Categorisations based on the need and complexity of the projects.
