BAE Buys South African IST Dynamics

BAE Systems is to acquire South Africa's IST Dynamics, a company which makes fire control systems and remotely controlled weapon platforms.

The two companies will ensure Land Systems South Africa is well equipped as systems supplier for key South African programmes, says BAE.

The financial details were not disclosed.
