Unisys to Upgrade Australian Defence Force IT Systems

The Australian Department of Defence has awarded Unisys a A$240m contract to provide a range of IT solutions across 460 sites in Australia.

The five-year contract, with an 18 month transition period and two potential future extensions, will see Unisys standardise IT support processes nationally.

The company will provide a range of IT support services, including network security and infrastructure support, to all sections of the Australian Defence Force.
