Ascom Wins Army Communications Contract

Swiss-based Ascom Security Solutions has been awarded a US$75m telecommunications contract from Switzerland's Federal Department for Defence, armasuisse.

Ascom will supply mobile communications equipment over the next two years as part of the Swiss army's command and control system's second upgrade.

Ascom is an international company specialising in communications technology.
