Rosoboronexport Eyes Up MMK

Russian state-owned defence conglomerate Rosoboronexport wants to acquire a majority stake in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK).

MMK would become part of Rosoboronexport's Russpetsstal weapons-grade steel operations.

According to Kommersant reports the two companies could also form a partnership, which would not necessarily mean an acquisition.
