Q. How many meetings will be organised for me?
Both buyers and suppliers will have a personalised meeting schedule. Supplier organisations will have a guaranteed number of meetings, usually around 16, whilst the buyer schedule will be dependent on which organisations they wish to meet.
Q. How do I create my appointments schedule?
You will be provided with a full list of companies attending the event from which you can choose whom to meet. You will be provided with company profiles listing key information and main areas of interest. We will then organise your schedule according to your preferences.
Q. When will I see my itinerary of meetings?
A few weeks before the event you will be sent a personalised preliminary meeting schedule. At this stage you can review your schedule and amend or alter your meetings to suit your needs. Once these changes have been made, your final meeting schedule will be available for collection on-site at the hotel venue on the first day of the event.
Q. Are there sponsorship opportunities at the event?
Sponsorship opportunities range from headline sponsorship through to exhibiting at the event or undertaking a room-drop to all participants at the event. If you would like to discuss specific options available, please contact Kate Fitzpatrick for further information.
Q. What networking opportunities are available at the forum?
Throughout the event you will be able to network with your peers and colleagues. From the moment of your arrival at the hotel you will have numerous periods to network with other delegates at any one of the drinks receptions, coffee lounges, lunches or dinners which take place during the forum.
Q. Can I arrive early or stay on at the hotel after the forum?
Yes, please do not hesitate to contact Kate Fitzpatrick if you have any special requirements and we will endeavour to assist you.
Q. Does the organiser arrange my travel insurance or visa requirements?
Should you need a visa, applications are solely the responsibility of the individual delegate. Nevertheless, we will provide as much assistance as possible to ensure you are able to participate. You are also responsible for your own insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance, personal insurance and personal effects) and vaccinations (where applicable).
Q. Will I have any free time at the Forum?
There will be free time during the event, although this may depend upon your individual timetable. In the evenings there are a number of social gatherings that take place to ensure maximum networking opportunities.
