The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has published this white paper on a comprehensive national cyber-security initiative to fight cyber threats, gain shared cyber situational awareness, and provide response and recovery support.

The paper primarily focusses on the mandated privacy provisions that apply to each of DHS’s computer network security activities in the event of a terrorist attack, Presidential major disaster or emergency declaration.
