Sepson’s ranges of winches are wide and varied, and include hydraulic winches, winches with planetary gear drives, and worm gear winches. All Sepson winches are characterized by uncommon dependability, and reliability whilst maintaining an uncomplicated design which simplifies service and facilitates maintenance

Forcematic automatic pulling system

Sepson’s winches have become a hallmark in the development of strong and dependable winches for rescue and recovery operations. We have recently introduced the Forcematic™ system which maintains a constant pulling force on a wire independently of which layer of the winch drum is being used. We have also designed an integrated spooling attachment which significantly reduces the wear of the wire rope, improving safety.

Sepson focus on designing and manufacturing an uncomplicated yet advanced hydraulic winch and this is the key element in producing one of the safest winches on the market. Sepson winches are characterized by a singular lack of unnecessary elements that can fail when minutes count and the winch must function flawlessly.

Heavy duty winches

Sepson manufacture a wide range of heavy-duty winches for a variety of applications. Sepson products include:

• The SEPDURANCE H100S winch, designed to be side-mounted on the vehicle to accommodate space limitations or to meet special operational needs
• The SEPDURANCE H150 is a winch available with either 15t or 20t power with an exceptionally compact design (574 mm) width that allows mounting in a limited space and on all vehicle chassis
• The SEPDURANCE H200 winch for the heaviest duty applications; the winch is available with the hydraulic power unit mounted above or on the side of the drum

About Sepson

Sepson was founded through a by a strong and determined man’s desire to independently build reliable, dependable products that would function unfailingly in demanding environments. In the year 1900, a master blacksmith by the name of Sars Erik Petersson (the name that Sepson is a contraction of) started his own company, making and selling products used by the local steel and saw mills that needed to move both logs of timber and beams of steel. The simplicity and reliability of his winches soon meant that these winches became his primary product

Today, Sepson still retains its artisan ethos: clients deal directly with the owners of the company, cutting out middlemen and eliminating corporate bureaucracy and red tape.
