VEHICLE CAMOUFLAGE AND CARGO COVER SYSTEMS

Vehicle camouflage and cargo cover systems have evolved from the benign accessories that characterized cut and sewn canvas soft tops to their present state, as demonstrated by GMA’s lines of products. Our advanced product engineering, material selection and manufacturing techniques result in vehicle cover and camouflage solutions that feature superior fit and durability, and help thwart detection by multi-spectral sensory technologies.

Proprietary patterning software and specially formulated coatings are used in our processes to produce solutions with multi-spectral camouflage. GMA also uses computer guided cutting machines and state-of-the-art high-frequency welding to ensure quality standardization and repeatable precision in component fabrication. This process ensures that GMA’s systems feature an exacting fit to the vehicle for reduced wind vibration, and reinforced seams for superior leak resistance and durability.

FITTED SOFT TOPS AND CARGO COVERS

The GMA DELTA product line consists of our fitted soft top and cargo cover products for military wheeled vehicles, including light, medium, heavy and trailer platforms. Our DELTA products are field-tested, performance-proven and government-certified, meeting or exceeding all performance requirements and specifications.

ADVANCED CAMOUFLAGE AND COVER PRODUCT DESIGNS

Our engineering expertise and manufacturing experience enables GMA to develop advanced product designs under GMA ALPHA. These solutions feature design advancements for improved vehicle readiness; optimization of up-armored vehicle and trailer platforms; reduced total life-cycle costs; increased situational awareness and better camouflage, concealment and deception performance. GMA ALPHA solutions include reversible camouflage soft tops; roll-back HMMWV soft tops; replaceable HMMWV door covers; modular, light-weight FMTV bow kits; and one-way, see-through camouflage.

INTEGRATED MOBILE VEHICLE SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Once solely focused on foiling detection from the naked eye, camouflage, concealment and deception (CCD) must now address the challenges posed by sophisticated sensory and imaging technologies. GMA SIGMA, is an integrated mobile vehicle signature management system, tailored to mask visual, thermal, near-infrared and radar signatures unique to every vehicle. Proprietary coating formulas, textured surfaces, layered materials, precision-fitted panels and pull-out screens combine for an integrated system that improves vehicle protection and survivability.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

Our engineering staff specializes in textile and mechanical design. We have one of the industry’s only full, in-house laboratories and continually invest in product and process research and development activities.

Working in close collaboration with industry partners, including several vehicle OEMs, ensures that GMA has an in-depth understanding of the technical specifications, physical characteristics and functional requirements unique to every vehicle platform and variant.
