Zero Cases is a UK manufacturer of military, aerospace and security-approved cases, including 19in shock-mounted cases, rugged transport cases, containers and deep-drawn enclosures. Based in Birmingham, the industrial heart of the UK, Zero is the UK subsidiary of Zero Manufacturing, Salt Lake City, Utah. Zero Cases UK designs, develops, tests, manufactures and distributes throughout Europe and the Middle East. With a 25,000ft² manufacturing facility and 32,000 standard sizes available, Zero is able to offer a comprehensive range of case sizes and styles. We offer a full service, from the design of case, foam liner, labels and markings, right through to manufacture. We adhere to international military standards and are accredited to DR14.

Military, aerospace and security-approved cases

Our military, aerospace and security-approved cases are as flexible as a flight case or a ply batten wood container. There is a minimum order of one and no tooling charge or long delays. It can be made in almost any size and any style, including top hat, front opening and 50/50 split. The range is made of lightweight aluminium, will not rot or split, and meets Mil Std 810F, ATA300 CAT1 and 81 41 Level J. Cases will last 25 years and can be stored outside.

Deep-drawn and shock mounted aluminium cases

Our carry cases include the Century 2000X attaché style case, DC instrument style case, low cost Valuline and commercial hard-mounted 19in cases, and are all produced using our in-house 650t hydraulic press. Available empty, with foam liner, or continuous bezel / flange to enable easy panel mounting, our deep-drawn cases are RFI EMI screened. Most case lids and bases can be made to special depths to house deep monitors or tall controls.

The UK-made aluminium Valan700 19in shock-mounted case is completely fabricated, which gives massive flexibility with sizes and U heights varying from 2U to 30U, with optional EMI, RFI and Tempest screening, air conditioning, trolley and vehicle / command post racking system.

With over 60 standard size Transitainer transport cases and 70 standard sizes of 19in shock-mounted Warrior cases (3U-15U tried, tested and NATO codified), Zero Cases has one of the most comprehensive ranges of rotomoulded cases in Europe.

Panel mounted cases

Panel mounted cases are also available with the DC and 2000X, offering excellent protection. IP65 is offered as standard on the DC and some 2000 series cases.
