Protective Security Management Pty Ltd (PSM), is a business specialising in providing high quality, security related products to law enforcement agencies, military, federal and state government departments and the commercial sector. PSM was established in 1994, and is located in Canberra, Australia.

PSM's range of security products includes SCEC endorsed paper shredders, SCEC endorsed security containers, SCEC endorsed briefcases, and lockable protective equipment cases. They also include items such as the Stealth MXP biometric/password flash drives, Safariland duty equipment, Hatch riot equipment, Streamlight torches, SureFire torches, Inova torches, Warrior HID torches and Pelican torches.

PSM can now supply Pelican cases installed with a key operated BiLock cam lock. These BiLock cam locks are chrome plated and drill / pick resistant.

SCEC ENDORSED SECURITY EQUIPMENT

The Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) is a standing interdepartmental committee responsible for the evaluation and endorsement of security equipment for use by Australian government departments and agencies.

SCEC ENDORSED B AND C CLASS SECURITY CONTAINERS

PSM is an agent for SCEC endorsed Class B and C security containers. These security containers are only for sale to government departments and require an official departmental purchase order.

SCEC ENDORSED SECURITY BRIEFCASES

PSM is the authorised distributor for SCEC endorsed security briefcases. These include Samsonite 011F, 014F and 018F; the Dash8 wheeled security briefcase (which can be used as carry-on luggage); the Enigma F301; and the wheeled R301V. These SCEC endorsed security cases are fitted with the SCEC endorsed BiLock and come with two keys.

All these SCEC endorsed security briefcases are approved for use within the Australian government for the safe carriage of classified material.

HOLSTERS, BELTS AND ACCESSORIES

PSM is also an agent for Safariland, who are manufacturers of some of the world’s finest pistol holsters, belts and accessories for the military and law enforcement forces.

Despite our large range of security management products, we are frequently asked for solutions that we do not have an off-the-shelf solution for. In such a situation PSM can produce a custom designed and written application. Whether your requirement lies on a stand-alone machine, on a local area network or over the Internet, we can provides a solution for you.

We can also provide extensions and add-ons to existing systems, allowing you to add the functionality you require to off-the-shelf packages. In many cases we are asked to design customised reports, special data-entry screens, and even full-scale information management programs, databases and protection devices.
