Joint services operations and training

Milskil personnel provide expertise in the application of joint operations planning, execution and training, and provide a high end capability supporting the integration and utilisation of effects based training to achieve the operational training objectives of our customers.

Air combat training systems

Milskil delivers ground school and simulation training to all Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) F/A-18 A and F aircrew. Our air combat specialists are fully integrated in the delivery of fourth-generation training to the RAAF. We develop and deliver turnkey Air Combat training systems for customers from lead-in fighter to fighter weapons course and operational training.

Air battle management, surveillance and fighter control services

Milskil provide an integrated service to air battle management (ABM), surveillance and fighter control operations. Support to ABM operations includes development, facilitation and delivery of training and simulation systems from ab-initio to advanced post graduate level, and complex mission rehearsal scenario design and execution. Milskil additionally provides instruction and mentoring for senior operations management personnel.

Joint force exercise services

Milskil have extensive experience supporting major multi-national joint force exercises across the globe - from the tactical to operational levels. Milskil personnel have been involved in the design and execution of all major exercises within Australia since 2004 and are highly qualified to design, execute and assess training and mission rehearsal events for our customers.

Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capability

Milskil provide an ISR capability supporting training and mission rehearsal of ground forces through access to military quality ISR systems and uniquely qualified and experienced aircrew who understand the conduct and application of ISR operations.
