Furthermore, TSS has also worked closely with American high performance brake experts StopTech™ to have a Big Brake Kit™ designed for these vehicles, which fits into the 18 inch powerhouse wheel to ensure TSS' goal of providing the best mobility possible in the toughest of conditions. Already, numerous armoured vehicles, among others the Landcruiser 200, have been equipped with the combination of TSS Heavy Duty Wheel assemblies (ready-to-fit wheel/tyre/runflat) and StopTech™ Big Brake Kits™.
Now it is possible to drive (and stop) a B6 or B7 armoured Landcruiser, G-Wagen, S-class, Touareg, Range Rover, Pajero, Suburban, Defender, Patrol (and many more) on non-military wheels, and still have the security of being able to keep driving on flat tyres if necessary.
