Battle-Tested Ballistic Eyewear for Tactical Situations

WILLISTON, VT, August 2, 2005 - Revision Eyewear Ltd., developers of purpose-built eyewear for the military worldwide will now make available the Sawfly Military Eyewear System for law enforcement agencies and SWAT teams throughout the United States.

The Sawfly eyewear system was specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of soldiers in extreme environmental conditions as well as protection from high velocity impacts. Law enforcement tactical officers also face intense situations where the likelihood of an exchange of fire or physical combat is high. The Sawfly eyewear system provides LEO's an unsurpassed fit and comfort with maximum ventilation in an unrestricted field of view.

The Sawfly features interchangeable one-piece high-impact polycarbonate lenses with 100% UV-A/B/C protection in "clear" for nocturnal or indoor use, and "solar" to reduce outdoor glare, and "high-contrast" for crisp definition in low-light situations. The Sawfly eyewear system, compatible with helmets and night vision gear, is available in two sizes and can be customized for prescription lenses.
