Revision Eyewear, developers of purpose-built military eyewear, participated in the National Tactical Officers' Association's Member Tested and Recommended Products Program with the Hellfly sunglass and the Desert Locust goggle and have received scores of 4.18 and 4.49 respectively out of a possible 5.
The Hellfly Ballistic Sunglass received a 4.18 score out of a possible 5. Testers scored the overall quality, performance, durability, comfort, and ease-of-use with 4's and 5's. The Hellfly protects the wearer’s eyes from dangerous fragments, as well as day-to-day environmental elements while providing the wearer with the stylish looks of today’s eyewear.
Hellfly exceeds the US Military's stringent high-impact requirement for spectacles as well as the ANSI Z87.1 standard for impact and optics. The Desert Locust Ballistic Goggle scored a 4.49 out of a possible 5. Again, scores for application, design, quality, durability and comfort were all 4's and 5's.
