The LA100 is a helmet adapted to the needs of jet fighter pilots. It has the following specifications:
- Sizes from 52cm to 63cm
- Weight under 1kg for all models of helmets
- Protection against impacts and perforation ensured by a shell in carbon fibres and aramid, and by an expanded polystyrene inner padding with high density
- Retention system studied for optimal security and fit
- Winblast resistance 625 knots (European version) and 425 knots sideways
- High degree of passive noise protection
- Solar screens for low visibility and anti-shock, and treated anti-scratch
- Excellent field of vision
- Exceptional head range of mobility
- Easy maintenance thanks to a customised kit of pads which can be entirely disassembled
- Centre-of-gravity assured natural stability
