POLICE HELMETS: LAW ENFORCEMENT HELMETS

MSA GALLET manufactures high-performance helmets which are intended for riot control and law-enforcement duties during demonstrations or other incidents where there are risks of projectiles, gas, smoke etc. In this product category, there are three major helmet models:

• Law-enforcement helmet '5001R' with anti-shock face-shield and mask adapter, compliant to EN397
• High-performance law-enforcement helmet 'MO 5006': jet-shaped helmet shell with anti-shock face-shield and mask adapter; complies with the German standard 'Technishe Richtlinie 92'

LAW ENFORCEMENT HELMETS WITH BALLISTIC PROTECTION

Police forces are more and more exposed to ballistic threats. For this reason, MSA GALLET has developed a special range of tactical intervention helmets that will ensure a very high level of ballistic protection as well as protection against impacts and shock. In this product category, the major helmet models are:

• TC KV2 helmet with anti-flare face-shield and anti-shock neckcurtain
• TC special forces V2 ballistic helmet with anti-ballistic face-shield and neckcurtain
• High ballistic performance intervention 'KFS V2' helmet equipped with anti-ballistic face-shield and anti-ballistic neck curtain – ballistic performance is superior to NIJ IIIA level

All these helmets are designed with mask adapters for fitting MSA respiratory masks and with the possibility for communication systems integration.

MILITARY HELMETS

MSA GALLET provides a large product line of combat helmets with ballistic protection for the needs of different armies worldwide. Some highlight helmet models include:

'TC 3000' combat helmet: an innovative suspension system composed of inner pads to provide an integral comfort and shock absorbing; remarkable ballistic performances; compatible with the use of NBC protection, bullet-proof jackets, breathing masks, protective goggles, NVGs and ANRS

'TC NVG V2' combat helmet: a last generation of aramid material; obtains a very high level of ballistic performances; three-point-chinstrap enables a quick adjustment; has comfortable inner pads and cradle and is easy to dismantle by simple pressure studs

'TC APH' combat helmet: an innovative helmet that fulfils paratroopers' needs, is composed of inner pads to provide comfort and avoid air inlets during free fall operations, and is fully compatible with NVGs and communication systems

AERONAUTICS HELMETS

MSA GALLET has developed two categories of high-tech aeronautics helmets based on innovation, protection, design, comfort and mobility in order to adapt to the needs of aircraft pilots and navigation crew:

• LH 050/150/250 helicopter helmets: three types of helmets are available with different choices of screens, colours and sizes; the helmet shell is made in carbon fibres and aramid to ensure a light weight and solidity, and comfort and a perfect fit are given by the inner pads' adjusting system
• LA 100 aircraft helmets: a new generation chosen by the French government to equip all their pilots, LA 100s are compatible with many types of jet aircraft
