FRA Angelico - Military Food Rations

FRA Angelico is dedicated to the supply of field accommodation, clothing and food to the UK and European Ministries of Defence. In order to ensure that our services meet the needs of our military customers, FRA Angelico operates as two main divisions, food and field accommodation.

24-HOUR COMBAT FOOD RATION PACKS

Our food division is a recognised provider of components for operation ration packs to the Ministry of Defence in various countries. We hold consideration of the soldiers who utilise our products in top priority throughout their design and manufacture, and we strive to develop innovative and suitable equipment.

We place a heavy emphasis on nutritional values, whilst taking care to optimise flavour for the consumers. New food products bring these policies together to form a field-applicable solution. Our concern over our military end users has always been paramount.

RATION HEATING KIT

Combat food rations are designed to meet the nourishing requirements of one person, usually for up to 24 hours. We provide a minimum order of 500 meals in cans and 2,000 meals in pouches. The 24-hour food ration pack contains breakfast, lunch and dinner. These packs are equipped with a plastic cutlery set, heating kit, water purifying tablets and tissues.

STERILE RATION PACKAGING

The contents of each ration pack are packaged in a cardboard box that is then wrapped in a waterproof and resistant plastic film.This wrapping protects the ration from dust, water any other elements which may tamper with its contents. An additional advantage of the packaging is that the rations do not require any further special storage. They have the ability to be kept at room temperature from 18 to 24 months without any alteration in quality.

FRA Angelico recognises that the correct nutrition of the military forces is essential for their optimal quality performance and safety. The 24-hour ration packs are designed to satisfy nutritional needs in situations in which a high-energy supply is required. FRA Angelico's ration packs have the capacity to be tailored to suit specific requirements.
