Since foundation in 1952, Rapp Praezisionstechnik GmbH has been a specialist in the production of precision components up to small series. We are located in the Black Forest, well known for precision mechanics and mechanical engineering.

NBC CONTAMINATION-AREA MARKING AND SIGN KITS

Our Nuclear, Biological, Chemical (NBC) contamination marking set and our contamination sign kit provide all the necessary equipment to mark contaminated areas. NBC detection teams can continue to follow their standard operating procedures using these marking sets as tools to accomplish their mission.

SPARE PARTS FOR 40mm / L70 AA GUNS

We can provide you with nearly all spare parts, including field and navy mounts, for 7.52mm calibre MG3, through to 20mm AA guns, up to 40mm / L70 AA guns. Rapp is an official NATO registered manufacturer and supplier for high precision mechanical spares for military equipment for more than 30 years under the Ncage D1965.

BORESIGHTING EQUIPMENT - SIGHTING-LINE TEST DEVICE

Our sighting-line test device tests the direction of the muzzle tangent of 30mm and 40mm weapons. We also produce test devices for calibres 20mm to 138mm, 119mm to 260mm and devices for synchronizing of multiple weapons.

BLANK-CARTRIDGE GUN AND MACHINE GUN FIRING SIMULATOR

We have developed a blank cartridge gun for the German Federal Armed Forces and have produced it in series. This device enables troops in manoeuvres and exercises to reconstruct battle situations realistically concerning position and acoustics, without using battle ammunition. By use of our simulator the shooting dangers are eliminated and regular weapons and ammunition are saved.
