Reinforcement at Kaercher Futuretech GmbH: Jens Bauer is Appointed Managing Director

Since the beginning of April, Jens Bauer has added new strength to the board of directors of Kärcher Futuretech GmbH. He holds cross-divisional responsibility for product management, with a special focus on the sales activities aimed at the further development of the company on a long-term basis.
The 43-year-old director, who is looking forward to his new challenge, said: "Solutions found together with our clients and partners are at the forefront and serve as structural elements, providing a source of inspiration. We intend to continuously strengthen our brand through excellence, innovation and quality."
Previously the economist had held different leading positions within the German Federal Armed Forces, most recently in the EADS aeronautical group. He will act together with the other managing directors of Kärcher Futuretech GmbH: Helmut Stelzmäller, who is responsible for sales and marketing and is spokesman of the board of management, and Dr Hagen Gehringer, who is in charge of the finance and technology divisions.
Kärcher Futuretech GmbH is a subsidiary of Alfred Kärcher GmbH and Co KG and a worldwide leading supplier of mobile drinking water purification systems, field camps and catering systems, decontamination systems, NBC protective clothing and services for the armed forces, civil defence, disaster control and relief organisations.
