Hotzone Solutions conducted a first of its kind Train-the-Trainer live agent certification course for its own instructors and lead consultants in Vyskov, Czech Republic, in May 2011.
The participants came from over ten countries, with various professional backgrounds, such as police, fire-fighting, military and international arms control.
