Designed to quickly and accurately identify threats in the field, GE's StreetLab Mobile™ narcotics and explosives detector is a go-anywhere, user-friendly handheld unit that can identify chemical substances using Raman spectroscopy for data capture and analysis. Rugged, yet ergonomic and lightweight, StreetLab Mobile can reliably identify liquids, powders and solids in a single step without sample consumption or subjective interpretation.

StreetLab Mobile is ergonomically optimized for ease-of-use in Level A gear, with large buttons, straightforward on-board LCD screen readouts, joystick function and 'point-and-shoot' operation. Extended-range wireless technology quickly delivers results right from the hot zone via one-hand or remote operation, allowing incident command to make tactical decisions faster and more effectively while minimizing the team's exposure to threats.

Rapid narcotics and explosives detector

MobileTrace facilitates detection of both narcotics and explosives in seconds and also increases the range of explosives detectable from a single sample. MobileTrace's simultaneous dual-mode detection, combined with a state-of-the-art battery for longer life, provides the capabilities users need to stay ahead of the growing substance detection challenges of military and law enforcement operations.

Lightweight, fast and extremely sensitive, VaporTracer detects and identifies microscopic traces of both explosives and narcotics in seconds. A front-end desorption unit allows the VaporTracer to use the same high efficiency sampling system originally developed for GE's Itemiser. 

Luggage-screening explosives detection system

Compact, versatile and TSA-certified, the CTX 2500™ system for screening luggage requires less floor space than other models, making it the system for small lobby installations. This compact system can work as a standalone unit or be integrated into airport baggage handling systems (BHS).

Like all GE CTX systems, the CTX 2500 system is TSA-certified, employing the latest in computed tomography (CT) explosives detection.

Airport terminal explosives detection system

Fast and powerful, the TSA-certified CTX 5500™  DSi explosives detection system is well suited for busy terminals. It offers high throughput capabilities and can operate as a standalone unit, or be integrated into airport BHS.

At home in busy terminals, the TSA-certified CTX 5500 DS system has high throughput capabilities and is an excellent choice for standalone lobby installations. It keeps pace with manual baggage loading operations, and fits into most airport environments.

Conveyor belt and tunnel explosives detection system

The CTX™ 9400 DSi™ system - the latest in CTX explosives detection system technology - is the industry's only TSA-certified, continuous 1m conveyor belt and tunnel system. GE Security, in conjunction with GE Healthcare, collaboratively leverages CT technology and best practices to be the leader in explosives detection systems.

The CTX 9400 DSi system presents customers with two opportunities to increase their EDS operational capabilities. The existing CTX 9000 DSi system has an upgradeable performance package that allows our customers the ability to acquire GE's latest technology. The second option is the CTX 9400 DSi system, a new high performance unit.

The CTX 9400 DSi system's false alarm rates (FAR), 1m conveyor belt and tunnel, and networking capabilities help maximize system efficiency. These attributes provide ensure maximum level of operational throughput and minimize overall cost of ownership.
