RAID SERIES CWA AND TIC DETECTORSThe RAID series of chemical monitors covers multiple CWA and TIC detection tasks. The portable RAID-M 100 CWA and TIC detector is equipped with a data-logging system and provides very low detection limits. The innovative RAID-XP detector combines chemical and radiological detection into one system. Bruker Daltonics has also recently launched two new RAID chemical agent detectors. The RAID-AFM (Automated Facility Monitor) detector is a gas trace detector used for the detection of TICs and CWAs. The RAID-AFM is especially designed for critical infrastructure and facilities monitoring. The RAID-S2 detector is a hardened version of the proven RAID-S CWA and TIC detector, and is designed for all classes of naval vessels. Both systems are suitable for fixed installation. RAPID MOBILE INFRARED CHEMICAL DETECTORThe RAPID mobile infrared chemical detector provides real-time remote sensing and tomography of chemical agent clouds over a distance of several kilometres. MM SERIES GC / MS CHEMICAL RECONNAISSANCE AND SURVEY SYSTEMSThe MM Series is a range of extremely rugged and field-proven mobile GC / MS chemical reconnaissance and survey systems. The MM1 has become the workhorse for chemical reconnaissance and survey, while the lightweight design of the new MM2 sets a milestone in technology. BIOLOGICAL WARFARE AGENT DETECTORSBruker Daltonics supplies two biological warfare agent detectors. The CBMS biological warfare agent is a rugged military mobile ion-trap mass spectrometer for the detection and classification of biological warfare agents. BioProfiler software has been developed to detect microbial threat agents in minutes, based on the bacteria's characteristic fingerprints generated from MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers. SVG2 RADIOLOGICAL AND NUCLEAR DETECTORSThe SVG2 radiological and nuclear detector is used for mobile alpha-beta-gamma detection and has references worldwide. New handheld probes significantly enhance the performance of the SVG2 radiological and nuclear detector. The ergonomically designed CP170 surface contamination probe enables measurement of very low activities on surfaces. Alpha, beta and gamma contamination can be measured with a detection area of 170cm². Calibration factors for 11 nuclides allow accurate measurements of surface contamination in Bq/cm². The highly sensitive SP45 gamma contamination detector is specially designed for measurements of low level gamma dose rates and the search of low activity radiation sources. The SP45 gamma contamination detector enables the detection of gamma contamination with a high degree of sensitivity. HAZARDOUS COMPOUND, EXPLOSIVE AND CWA DETECTORSEM 640S and EM640 mobile mass spectrometers provide fast on-site detection of hazardous compounds and CWAs from air, soil and liquids. The NIGAS explosive and CWA detector supplies automated, non-invasive detection of explosives and chemical warfare agents in ammunition, using neutron activation analysis with a non-radioactive source. Fully transportable, the NIGAS explosive and CWA detector can be used under field conditions. Unknown compounds are identified by determining the elemental composition of the sample. Spectrum analysis and substance identification are performed automatically.
