HAZARD-AWARENESS TACTICAL SOFTWARE

CBRN Alert from Bruhn NewTech is a simple, off-the-shelf software-based CBRN reporting tool that enables personnel at the platoon or troop and company or squadron levels to exchange CBRN information with commanders at division or brigade level. CBRN Alert is the only solution in its class to provide tactical CBRN situational awareness of hazards at tactical level.

CBRN Alert is easy to use; even personnel with no detailed CBRN-knowledge can accurately report hazard messages to higher-levels commands.

It lets tactical units receive CBRN warnings and risk assessments from brigade or division command centres. Operators can easily assess and visualise relevant hazard areas and risks at their own GPS position. This ensures timely actions to reduce the risk of casualties.

CBRN SITUATIONAL AWARENESS SENSOR INTEGRATION

The Bruhn NewTech SensAware™ suite is designed to meet the diversity of the needs for CBRN sensor integration, enabling situational awareness of the battlefield and ultimately faster response to threats.

Depending on the needs and requirements of the organisation, SensAware™ is available as a plug-and-play solution for a number of handheld sensors, or as a larger solution providing a fully integrated sensor array over multiple networks through WAN coverage to monitor an unlimited number of connected sensors.

SensAware™ interfaces to CBRN detectors, capturing critical sensor alarms and remotely presenting and formatting the results into NATO-standardised messages. The data can also be disseminated to external CBRN tools, such as the Bruhn NewTech NBC-ANALYSIS for in-depth analysis.

NBCSIM™: CBRN SIMULATION AND TRAINING

The Bruhn NewTech NBCSim™ is a powerful and flexible CBRN simulation and training package for simulating chemical and radiological events and training operators to sensor readings in simulated attacks – even without the actual use of agents, simulants or simulators.

Using NBCSim™ provides better control of the CBRN training scenario, as it is able to modify the simulation data and mission complexity during the simulation process. Overall this ensures more transparent and efficient training while keeping the costs to a minimum. NBCSim™ also eliminates the unwanted environmental impact of this type of training.

The software-based NBCSim™ integrates to sensors and can be used in a vehicle-simulation setup simulating the CBRN reconnaissance vehicle. NBCSim™ can also be used in a handheld scenario with instruments carried by personnel.
