Rajant Corporation, the pioneer of Kinetic Mesh Networks and provider of pervasive, multi-frequency wireless solutions, has announced that Nathan Lader has joined the company as vice president of business development. In his new role, Mr. Lader will be responsible for government, law enforcement and first responders markets.

Mr. Lader joins Rajant after spending the past four years with Integrated Microwave Technologies where he served as vice president of government programs. He was responsible for building and managing a team of business development specialists in the military, aerospace and government sectors. He initiated and coordinated sales action plans for penetration within target markets including unmanned systems, airborne downlink systems, ISR, and border security with his customer base including systems OEMs as well as federal, state and local government agencies, including DOJ, DHS, and DOD.

Prior to Integrated Microwave Technologies, Mr. Lader held positions with L3 Communications, Telemetry, and RF Products, M. Lader Co., and Hughes Aircraft Company.

He holds BS degrees in electronic engineering technology from Capitol College and marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
