HMS Appoints Executive Vice-President

HMS has announced the appointment of Barry Taylor in the new position of executive vice-president of the company.
Barry joins from Allen-Vanguard, where he was president. In his new role, Barry will work closely with HMS president Stafford Melerine to help further develop HMS's profile and build upon an already established successful business. He will manage current operations out of the US office in Washington DC, including advising on existing Department of Defense and Homeland Security contracts, and providing a wealth of experience and technical capacity to enhance HMS's capabilities.
Barry commented: "During my time at Allen-Vanguard I was aware of HMS in its capacity as a partner to Allen-Vanguard within the C-IED consultancy and training business areas. I was impressed by the company's professionalism and depth of expertise, and am delighted to be joining HMS at such an exciting period of its growth."
