CNC AND TRADITIONAL TURNING

Our CNC and traditional turning services cover conventional and CNC lathes, and CNC turning for Mazak 250s and 350s.

Our machines have a maximum diameter of 750cm and 1m between centres; conventional machines have a maximum diameter of 1.6m and 2m between centres. The maximum workpiece length is 4m.

CNC AND TRADITIONAL MILLING

Our CNC and traditional milling services include:

• State-of-the-art Mazak VTC 200C machining centres
• An X-axis of 1,950mm
• An Y-axis of 410mm
• Maximum work-piece length of 4m
• Four-axis facilities, enabling complex shape milling
• Conventional milling
• Bridge port machines for jobbing work

GEAR AND SPROCKET MANUFACTURING

C&A's large range of gear hobbing, shaping and milling machines are 'state-of-the-art'. Combined with their expertise and experience, C&A will meet all your gear and sprocket needs.

Our gear and sprocket capabilities are:

• RS 11 sprockets up to ASA 200 sprockets
