Ring Line Corporation established Winpower as its radio development division in 2003, to cater for the needs of the mobile phone jamming market. Winpower supplies wireless AV transmitters (which includes audio and video transmitters), video jammers, cell phone detectors and jammers, CCTV receivers, etc.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT

With professionals having over 20 years of experience in research and product development, Winpower undertakes contract manufacturing projects to design and manufacture wireless communications equipment like CCTV receivers and transmitters, mobile phone immobilisers, mobile phone detectors, video jammers, surveillance servers, outdoor WiFi solutions, and personal protection and self-defence equipment.

Winpower undertakes sub-contracts from the defence departments to design, develop, and deliver wireless communication equipment that caters to the unique needs of this segment. It has developed a wide range of wireless data transmitters, mobile phone detectors, video jammers, CCTV receivers and transmitters for the army.

WIDEBAND MOBILE PHONE JAMMERS

The wideband mobile phone jamming system has been developed to meet the demand for a wideband jammer with the ability of GSM jamming. The wideband frequencies cover between 20MHz and 110MHz, and 100MHz to 500MHz.

The unit encompasses the barrage system, with three lockout functions designated by operators, as well as temperature protection and VSWR protection for each module.

WIRELESS DATA MODEM

Winpower can produce wireless data transmitters that use 902MHz, 866MHz and 460MHz bandwidth. Capable of transmitting from 5km to 20km, these wireless data transmitters come in compact dimensions.

MOBILE PHONE DETECTOR

Our mobile phone detector is a multi-tasking mobile phone signal-detection system that can detect four bandwidths (GSM, DCS, CDMA and 3G) simultaneously.

Each band of the mobile phone detector is equipped with an individual detection-circuit for high sensitivity and consistency. Apart from detecting the signal, the mobile phone detection system can also switch the jammer on.

The jamming radio wave is only emitted from the mobile phone detector when the mobile signal is detected, thus eliminating the health risks of 'always on' equipment.

VIDEO JAMMER

Our video jammers are available in fixed and portable models, and can disable all types of spy cameras working in wireless video, wireless LAN and bluetooth bands.

These video jammers have a jamming radius of 20m to 30m and operate in the frequencies in the range of 900MHz, 1200MHz and 2400 MHz. The portable video jammer is small enough to be carried in pocket or briefcase and comes with rechargeable Ni-MH batteries and a universal charging adapter.
