Homeland Security Strategies - IED and RF Jammer systems for RCIED Jamming, Radio Jamming and Cellular Jamming

Homeland Security Strategies (HSS) builds IED jammer and RF jammer countermeaures. IED jammers and RF jammers help defend against Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threats.

IED jamming suppresses radio signals used to detonate an RCIED using RF jamming from a radio jammer to direct radio jamming on frequencies where known and unknown threats may exist.

Not all radio jammers are RCIED jammers. Some cellular jammers focus only on cell phone jamming and do not operate as an RCIED jammer but as a cellular jammer for voice communication blocking purposes as opposed to RCIED jamming applications.

HSS also offers cellular jamming and cellular detection technology. Cell phone jammer systems integrated with cell phone detector hardware make up intelligent jamming systems used in prisons, military bases, and other sensitive areas where the flow of communications must be managed. 

IED JAMMER CONFIGURATIONS

HSS builds several IED jammers for IED jamming that attack radio receivers used to detonate RCIEDs such as cell phones, walkie talkies, satellite phones, car alarm receivers, garage door opener receivers, cordless phone receivers, etc.

COVERT RCIED JAMMER VIP-300T

The VIP-300T IED jammer operates in the trunk / rear of a vehicle. External antennas increase the RF jamming signals' distance. Radio jamming is powered by vehicle battery. Heavy duty alternators from continuous engine operation can power the IED jamming system non-stop to combat RCIEDs while traveling or remaining parked.

ARMORED VEHICLE WITH RCIED JAMMER VIP-300

The VIP-300 IED jammer is built into a roof rack enclosure mounted on top of an armored vehicle. HSS offers RCIED jammers with an armored:

• Hummer H1
• LSSV cargo / troop carrier
• Ford F-250

HSS also offers the radio jammer standalone should the user already have an armored vehicle. For use as covert RCIED jammers, the radio jammer can reside inside the vehicle instead of on top.

CONVOY JAMMER VIP-300F

The VIP-300F consists of a configuration of Bomb Jammer™ radio jammers that emit radio interference from various vehicles within the convoy. This interference is composed of multiple RF jamming signals transmitted at high speed to envelope radio receivers within their area of affectivity. The detonation signal can therefore be blocked from reaching radio detonators of an IED. The convoy jamming system suppresses the radio detonators so they are unable to receive the RF detonation signal.

STATIONARY RCIED JAMMER VIP-900

The VIP-900 Stationary RCIED jammer emits radio jamming signals to neutralize an RCIED from detonating by a building, border crossing checkpoint, guard booth, parking lot, and other physical environments.

The RCIED jamming has no detrimental effects on normal vehicle electronics, computer, telephone or other office equipment functions.

INTELLIGENT JAMMING SYSTEM IJS-6000

The cellular jamming and cellular detection system IJS 6000 is an intelligent cellular jamming system designed to jam unauthorized cellular phones while permitting authorized cellular phones to operate.

More than a cell phone jammer, the intelligent jamming system has cellular detection capabilities and can manually or automatically block unauthorized usage of cell phones and / or cell phone activity in designated areas. This cellular jammer technology uses specially designed radio jammers to work symbiotically with cellular detector hardware and software.

CELLULAR JAMMER AND CELLULAR DETECTOR SYSTEM OPERATION

To control cellular phone activity and operate as a phone jammer in any given area, an established configuration is designed. Cell phone jamming and cell phone detector hardware is deployed to operate in designated buildings or areas. The cellular jammer and cellular jamming units can deny access to a large number of cellular telephones at any given time within a group of separate buildings, complex of corridors, conference rooms, numerous small offices and private rooms.

The cellular jammers, under constant control by a central administrator, permit or deny cellular communications. These cellular jammers are connected by a controller area network into a local network managed by a central base station.

The IJS-6000 controls every element, from cell phone detection, cellular user activity, alerting where and when an individual cell phone is attempting to establish communication, to cell phone jamming.
