NEW! For homeland defense, Air Rover provides turn-key systems integration, incorporating generators, ECUs, enclosures, heaters and trailers in multiple configurations.

NEW! MIL Series modular ECU - compact, vehicular unit. Certified to MIL-STD-810-F transportability standard - available 9k-60k BTUs.

NEW! The ULS Series Ultra-Lite Split-System ECUs are ideally suited for NBC filtered environments. Lightweight, with four handles for rapid deployment. Each handle carries less than 75lbs. Line set is pre-charged with R134a refrigerant. Available in 2t-5t capacities.

Air Rover Wall Mount Series ECUs were designed for cooling sensitive electronic equipment in a wide range of ambient temperature environments from -50°F to 150°F.

The Ultra-Lite series are 30% smaller and lighter than typical ECUs. Over 1,000 units are currently in theatre in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Ring cooler - our cooling systems are robustly designed so that they easily support the engines and transmission systems in their performance and reliability, e.g. for tracked vehicles.

Integrated cooler unit (charge-air cooler, radiator, condenser, oil cooler, hydraulic oil cooler) - our engineers will develop and implement the right, specifically applicable cooling concept for your military vehicles, e.g. for 4x4 to 8x8 vehicles.

Compact evaporator, e.g. 4kW cooling capacity.

Integrated climate control system (cooling and heating unit), e.g. 2 x 10kW cooling capacity.

Flat tube condenser with high power density and compact design (behind) and round tube evaporator (in front).

Booyco Engineering specialises in the design and development of custom-made air-handling systems for efficient air-conditioning, cooling, heating, ventilation, cab pressurisation and filtration.
