Our main product is GiertsenHall NG1, which is available in both hot-dip galvanised steel and aluminium versions and is extremely suitable as accommodation for personnel and workshops. The aluminium version is a lightweight option for air transportation. W. Giertsen also supplies tents according to your specifications. GiertsenHall NG1: accommodation and workshop product detailsThe NG1 design resembles a traditional tent shape made from lightweight, easy-to-assemble steel frame, covered with a durable, UV-stabilised, PVC-coated polyester fabric. The standard fabric colour is white and translucent to allow for good daylight transmission, however other colour options are available on demand. The length of this hall can be increased or decreased based on 4m modules. Each gable end has a large hooded air vent built-in to improve air circulation. Two large load / unloading doors are positioned, one in each gable end. Deliveries include all necessary ground spikes, hardware and tools to firmly fix the frame to level ground. The steel frame and joints have been hot-dipped galvanised following the welding process and are easily joined to form the frame using bolts and simple hand tools. Once the frame has been erected, the PVC fabric is draped and tensioned over the steel structure and firmly fastened to the foundation frame. The halls and their accessories are packed in strong wood crates or bundles and are colour-coded for easy identification and erection. Standards of four to six GiertsenHall NG1 10m x 24m can be shipped in one 20ft container depending on extra accessories needed.
