Tepe Prefabrik, a member of the Tepe Group (Bilkent Holding), builds prefabricated buildings and undertakes pre-engineered, prefabricated production, contracting, logistics, assembly works.

Tepe Prefabrik specialises in production activities, including prefabricated buildings, semi-permanent and temporary modular panelised buildings, galvanised steel-construction systems and prefabricated construction systems with mobile (containerised) accommodation units.

ACCOMMODATION CONTAINERS

Our containers are designed to suit any type of climatic conditions. Tepe's accommodation containers are ideal for site camps due to their rapid and easy deployment capabilities. These modules can be shipped as a knock-down (flat-pack) or pre-erected.

An important advantage of our accommodation containers is the interchangeability of the window, door and air-conditioner panels.

RECENT PERMANENT BUILDING PROJECTS

Recent permanent building projects have included the Mövenpick Jolie Ville hotel in Egypt for Mövenpick Hotels, which is 12,464m², and the Uşak Airport terminal buildings, in Uşak City, Turkey, for the ministry of transportation and the state airports management general directorate (1,940m²).

The Alanya Airport terminal building for the ministry of transportation and the state airports management general directorate in Alanya, Turkey (2,143m²) and Esenboğa Airport terminal building gate C, in Ankara, Turkey – also built for the ministry of transportation and the state airports management general directorate, and 4,250m² in size – are other recent permanent buildings constructed by Tepe.

RECENT MODULAR PREFABRICATED BUILDING PROJECTS

Recent modular prefabricated buildings include 3,300 accommodation modules covering 132,000 m², and 1,600 accommodation units covering 64,000m², for the UNHCR-UN in Iran.

We also constructed 800 houses and 14 social recreational buildings in Croatia for GTZ German humanitarian aid organisation; they covered 52,290m².

9,502m² of health houses and clinics were constructed for the Turkish ministry of health in different locations in Turkey, as well as 57 urban agricultural centres, covering 9,975 m², for the Turkish urbanisation services general directorate.
