LSS units for the military

Our niche lies in the manufacture and supply of Connex / LSS units which fall under the ambit of NAICS Codes 236220 and 332311 and under FSC codes 5410 (prefabricated and portable buildings), 5450 (miscellaneous prefabricated structures) and 5670 (building components, prefabricated).

Marine container conversion

We have supplied containerised units to the military strictly in accordance with the specifications for LSS units provided by the contracting officers, meeting all US standards for safety, plumbing codes (international plumbing code 2009) and electrical codes (NEC 2008). Every unit undergoes thorough QC controls and QA inspections to ensure that the client's specifications are followed in minute detail.

Weather-resistant containers

All containers are made of CORTEN (weathering) steel and painted with marine-grade exterior paint. This creates a perfect weather-resistant (salt water, rain, wind, earthquake and fire) product that can be customised to the user's specific requirements in order to construct a wide range of solutions, ranging from individual units to more complex joined and multi-storey constructions, at an optimum cost to time ratio.

Containers used are primarily 20ft or 40ft high cube ISO marine containers, which have the capability to be stacked up to seven units high.
