Prefabrik Yapi, established in Istanbul, Turkey in 1989, is a leading company of Hekim Holding. It is among the biggest companies in Turkey and around the world with its technology, capacity and high-quality products. It has over 10,000 customers and exports its products to over 50 countries. The production occurs in our factory with 70,000m² of open and 30,000m² of closed area.

All architectural designs and engineering calculations are done by our specialized technical department by using SAP 2000, X-steel, Strucad, Autocad and Archicad 9TR programmes.

We have the capacity for:

• Containers: 1,500pcs/month
• Steel constructions: 15,000m²/month

PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS

Prefabricated panel carcase and roof components are made of high-quality galvanized cold-formed C/U sectioned profiles. The wall panel carcase is covered by fibercement board or pre-painted galvanized steel sheet. Wall thickness can be manufactured in sizes of 6cm-30cm.

Prefabricated buildings are designed according to the climatic variations of the area and technical data. They are reusable and can be assembled and disassembled many times and set elsewhere.

MODULAR SYSTEM CONTAINERS

Prefabrik Yapi provides a wide range of modular system containers, used for camp units, coupled containers and covered living containers. We also supply demountable polyurethane panelled containers and trailers.

UNWELDED STRUCTURE TECHNOLOGY

Prefabricated buildings and standard containers are manufactured by using unwelded structure technology, controlled by computers in order to manufacture high quality buildings and shorten the production period. Connections for panels and other components are provided with bolts and nuts.

FIBERCEMENT (NATURAL CEMENT) BOARD

Fibercement, which is only produced by one of our companies in Turkey, is the general name of our surface-covering materials made of a mixture of completely natural cellulose fiber, cement and silica. Fibercement boards are non-combustible (DIN 4102- A2), asbestos-free and resistant to climatic variations. They are mainly used as interior and exterior covering materials for buildings and containers. Different applications include concrete buildings facades.
