As a result of our effort to serve our worldwide clients better, Nordic Shelter has entered into a close cooperation with US company Sea Box Inc. Sea Box is one of the largest providers of containers and shelter solutions for military and industrial purposes in the world. The cooperation involves transfer of technology and designs, as well as a joint approach to markets.
As a separate part of the arrangement, Sea Box has acquired shares in Nordic Shelter’s Swedish operation. Consequently, Nordic Shelter’s daughter company, 3S AB, changed name to Sea Box Europe AB as of 20 March 2011. Sea Box Europe will be offering Nordic Shelter and Sea Box full product range within the European Union.
Through this arrangement Nordic Shelter is represented in all regions of the world.
The Nordic Shelter owners are very pleased with these achievements, which strengthen the company’s product portfolio, competence and market position.
