Established in 1927, Kullman is the longest operating offsite construction company in the United States. Our factory is located in New Jersey in our 180,000ft& lean manufacturing facility. Kullman’s government division has almost 20 years federal experience in CONUS and OCONUS locations. We have acted as both a prime contractor and subcontractor to many of the major defense contractors with both firm fixed and negotiated procurements. Kullman has extensive experience in overseas installations, transportation and logistics, federal technical requirements and an in-house cleared workforce. Kullman builds mission-critical communication enclosures, tactical jail cells and prisons, new embassy construction, secure office buildings, military housing and military housing components (Kullman bathroom and kitchen PODS.) Kullman also provides overseas operations and maintenance services for secure buildings. Turnkey shelter construction projectsKullman’s turn-key process is seamless from design through close-out. Kullman fabricates projects offsite in our US plant with available CRP if required. Our team completes the final scope of work in the field. There is no risk of hand-offs to other parties. Our products are made in the US using US union labor and materials from US Suppliers. Our offsite construction process limits impact on existing operations and saves critical time and overall project costs. Transportation and logistics support for sheltersKullman understands the unique requirements from transportation logistics, insurance, tax implications, customs and security issues. We also have experience working and living together in an overseas environment in remote location and high-threat areas. The vast majority of Kullman’s federal government projects include an overseas transportation / logistics component. We have transported our projects to some of the world’s most remote areas, extreme landscapes and high-threat areas without incident. Mission-critical communication enclosures and sheltersOur tactical communication enclosures and shelters are designed to be rapidly deployed and transported via C-5, C-17, Antonov and Boeing 747. Standard and custom all steel construction and shelter-to-shelter connection systems with quick connect features. Kullman has almost 10,000 installations worldwide. Kullman's overseas secure data centers are constructed in the United States and designed to be rapidly deployed and transported via Antonov, ship or rail. Our data centers include sophisticated UPS and MEP systems including under-floor systems with flexible designs including large clearspan areas. International suboptic cable landing stations Kullman's International suboptic cable landing stations eliminates lack of labor issues in overseas and remote locations. Our stations can accommodate multi-story configurations and are expandable. Stations include secondary power, equipment and HVAC requirements installed in our secure factory. Kullman removes risk as stations are completed quickly in the United States and installed within weeks of arriving in country eliminating potential down-time.
