Kaercher Futuretech - Mobile Catering Systems

Kärcher Futuretech GmbH offers NBC protection systems, field camp set up and maintenance, mobile catering and water purification solutions for peacekeeping and disaster relief operations.

KÄRCHER have developed a range of highly mobile and flexible catering systems which can be transported to even the most remote of sites. Ranging from individual cooking modules over field kitchens to container kitchens, KÄRCHER’s catering systems are all designed for transport by road, sea and air. Each kitchen’s burner is fuelled by diesel, gas, heating oil or kerosene.

HMCK containerised field kitchens

KÄRCHER’s highly mobile container kitchen is used as a mobile unit for the preparation and distribution of stews and complete meals for 200 to 600 people. Additionally, it is suitable for the preparation of breakfast, supper and warm beverages.

MKT mobile kitchen trailer

KÄRCHER’s mobile kitchen trailer can be used independently on many different types of terrain. It is designed to cater for 300 to 500 persons per day in regions with missing or incomplete civil infrastructure such as disaster areas or war zones.

MKM multi cooking module

KÄRCHER’s multi-cooking module is a cooking unit which can be operated individually or in conjunction with other modules in a tent, house or on a chassis. It is suitable for frying large quantities of steaks as well as preparing meals in pans. With this type of module it is also possible to cater for smaller units.

MFK mobile field kitchen

KÄRCHER’s mobile field kitchen is a modular flexible field kitchen system. Cooking, frying, baking, combi-steaming or cooling are not a problem for the MFK. Quick to make ready for use, this kitchen can cater for up to 250 people.

TFK tactical field kitchen

KÄRCHER’s TFK 250 tactical field kitchen is designed for use in the toughest conditions and is mounted on a one-axle-trailer. The field kitchen guarantees fast and complete troop-catering for 250 persons around the clock.

CD 10 combi-steamer

KÄRCHER’s diesel-heated combi-steamer is a cooking module designed for independent operation. It can be used for roasting, grilling, baking, browning, stewing, poaching, blanching, combi-steaming, combi-roasting, combi-baking, reheating, thawing and preservation in any environment.

Deployable field camps

KÄRCHER’s range of field camps are deployable military facilities which - after a short assembly time – provide living and working conditions similar to those in the soldier’s home country during an extended period of deployment abroad. KÄRCHER Futuretech systems promote the well-being of soldiers and task forces and enhance their morale and motivation.

Sanitary trailers

KÄRCHER supply a compact shower and toilet system in three different variations: TRST 3-3, featuring three showers and three toilets; TRS 6 featuring six showers and TRT 6 featuring six toilets. Each variation has a hand-washing area and urinals and is integrated on a single-axe trailer which is ready for use in a very short time.

Mobile sanitary platforms

KÄRCHER have developed a modular sanitary system in three variations: PLST 3-3, featuring three shower cubicles and three toilet cubicles; PLS 6, featuring six shower cubicles and PLT 6, featuring six toilet cubicles. The system is mounted on a platform which can be transported by means of a forklift.

KÄRCHER’s TFL 25 mobile field laundry system is robust, functionally safe and designed for the field operation of the armed forces and civil organisations.

CFL 60 field laundry system

The CFL 60 mobile field laundry has been especially designed for the washing and disinfection of all kinds of laundry used in the armed forces, including military hospitals.

MAC 7 mobile air conditioning unit

The MAC 7 mobile air conditioner is a transportable unit which has been designed for cooling the air inside tents or transportable buildings.

KFH 20 / KFH 40 air heating units

The KFH 20 and KFH 40 are sturdy air heaters for heating tents, shelters and protection facilities. The machines run quietly and is thus well suited for heating accommodation tents.

FB 60 E CO universal field heater

The FB 60 ECO is a universal field heater for heating and ventilation for all kind of indoors. Now with CO2 monitor for increased safety in rooms to be heated.

DH 5 / DH 6 flow heaters

KÄRCHER also manufacture the DH 5 and DH 6 mobile flow heaters for showering and other warm water applications.
