FHF - Container Systems for Military Camps

FHF offers purpose-built, certified container complexes for special military applications and camp solutions. FHF's modular containers can fulfil a number of roles, including accommodation units, sanitary installations, gensets, laboratories and control rooms. If necessary the containers can be fitted with special insulation to enable their use under extreme climatic conditions.

Tailor-made containers for military camps

Special-purpose construction and therefore the development of customer-specific solutions is an important part of the company's portfolio: each container can be modified and tailored specifically to a particular customer's needs.

Adaptive container protection for military camps

The adaptive protection system developed by FHF is the perfect Nato STANAG 2280-compliant solution designed to protect containers against damage from rocket or mortar attack. The modular system comprises of rigid, multi-layer steel elements that protect the outer side and end walls, and a half-height container with integrated protection for the roof.

Flexible, retrofittable and secure military containers

All container elements are quick to assemble and install, and can be incorporated with containers already in use. When combined, the individual components form a highly scalable overall system that is compatible with all standard 20ft ISO containers. In the event of the protective jacket becoming damaged, only the jacket itself has to be replaced - the container itself will continue to be fit for use.

Mobile military containers

During transportation all components are stowed in the half-height containers that belong to the system - that is, what will become the roof is also the transport medium. Two half-height containers are loaded onto the truck and coupled together to form a standard 20ft container. This explains why the CSC-certified system has been granted unrestricted international approval for container handling, enabling it to be transported quickly and inexpensively around the globe.

Assembly and installation of military container systems

FHF also takes care of assembling and installing the containers and of adapting the protection system for its clients, who receive a turnkey system. What's more, FHF ensures that all safety-related expert reports and certificates are provided. If necessary, FHF GmbH can also offer training seminars on how to install the system.
