CUSTOMISABLE MODULAR BUILDINGS

Extraspace focus on simple but innovative design technology. The buildings can be enlarged at any time by adding modules to the initial installation. All components are light and slim, ensuring that buildings can be assembled in locations with restricted access. Once assembled, units can be lifted by crane or forklift and transported either assembled or flat-packed.

MAN-PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINER

The Expandastore flat-pack, man-portable storage container is our best-selling expandable storage container. It is a lightweight, general purpose, secure, man-portable building. Fully galvanised and modular, its features include:

• Double locking security
• Fast assembly time (from 20min) with just a socket set
• Lifting eyes
• Optional shelving, ramps, storage bins, forklift feet, levelling feet

It comes in sizes of 2m, 3m and 4m long x 2.1m wide, all of which are extendable.

MODULAR OFFICE / ACCOMMODATION UNIT

A rapid deployment accommodation system, Expandakabin is a flat-packed man-portable office / accommodation unit. Doors and windows can be sited anywhere in the building due to the unique panel design. The standard unit uses 50mm insulation, but can be changed to suit environmental demands. It is ideal for use as OPs' checkpoints, living accommodation etc. Once assembled, the unit can be extended (in width or length) by linking additional units.

Individual units can be lifted by crane or forklift and transported assembled or flat-packed. The entire structure requires only a socket set to assemble. Modular and fully galvanised, the unit features:

LIQUID AND CHEMICAL STORAGE CONTAINER

Expandachem is a bonded storage container designed for the safe storage of liquids and chemicals. As with all the Expanda range, the store is flat-packed and man-portable. Available in three sizes (2m, 3m and 4m x 2.1m), all of which are extendable, the fully galvanised and modular container provides:

PERSONNEL SHELTER

This low cost flat-pack personnel shelter is ideal for use as a smoking shelter, bus stop, checkpoint etc. It comes complete with a seating bench. Assembly time is approximately 30min, and it weighs 200kg. Once assembled, the shelter can be lifted from its eyes and transported either assembled or flat-packed.

FLAT-PACK STORAGE VAULT

A flat-pack storage vault with double locks are ideal for storage of personal effects, tools and valuables, Expandavault can be assembled in 10min with just a socket set. There are optional forklift feet or castor wheels. It is 600mm x 700mm x 1200mm in size, and weighs in at 70kg
