Mess tents, personnel tents and medical tents

Canvas and Tent is a preferred supplier to the United Nations and other NGO's and is registered with many divisions such as WHO, UNICHEF,UNDP etc. We have participated in disaster relief supplies in South Africa, Turkey, Kosovo, DRC, Congo, Angola, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabawe, Swaziland, Botswana and Namibia. Our products include mess tents, personnel tents and medical tents.

Mess tents

Our marquee-style mess tents come in 5m x 5m and 5m x 10m sizes. The mess tents feature a free-standing canvas roof with mosquito trim detachable walls, steel wall poles and centre poles with steel bracing lines. Optional extras include PVC and HDPE groundsheets.

Military Savannah shelters

Our Savannah shelters measure 20ft by 26ft and are 10ft high, and feature easilly erectable glavnized steel frames. Fully waterproof and weather resistant, the Savannah shelter can be used for a number of roles, including storage, WC facilities and offices. The Savannah shelter is fully modular.

Helicopter shelters

With 600 square metres of floor space, our helicopter shelters can protect grounded helicopters from the elements. The helicopter shelter is fully ISO compliant.

Military medical tents

Our medical tents come in a standard size of 5m x 8.4m, with an apex height of 3.1m and an eave height of 1.8m. They feature a 5x5 Modular frame assembly (galvanized) and a single PVC roof. The tents incorporate an olive outer sheet and a white inner sheet, with detachable doors and walls with mosquito gauze and clear PVC floors. Optional extras include curtain screens to form three consulting rooms or four single wards.
