BondCote's fabrics protect personnel and equipment through unique traits such as infrared reflectance, blackout properties, flame resistance and extreme temperatures. Coated and laminated military fabrics

BondCote is a leader in the advancement of coated and laminated fabrics for the Military, FEMA, and Homeland Security. Fabrics are produced to government and/or performance specifications, as well as to the customer specifications. BondCote's military fabrics are compliant with the Berry Amendment, 10 USC 2533a.

BondCote continues to develop new products, both coated and laminated, to meet the military's ever changing requirements for shelters, standard truck and equipment covers, and humvee jeep soft tops. We are a CCR registered supplier for specialized military fabrics; cage code 1KX98. We gladly accept Government Visa cards for orders. We pay freight to the soldier within the continental US.

Ultra-flexible, lightweight electroluminescent (EL) lighting™ panels

A new approach to light sources, EL-Lighting™ is an ultra-flexible, durable and lightweight system using SuperFlex™ electroluminescent (EL) technology. EL- Lighting™ is crushable, able to withstand more than 100 crush cycles in the Gelbo flex test (ASTM F 392). Panels will remain lit in abusive environments, withstanding piercing, abrasion, twisting and compression. Users can create large-area light-emitting surfaces that can be designed for uses such as tent lighting, displays or vehicle interiors. EL- Lighting™ is cool to the touch and flame-resistant (ASTM D 6413).

Composite fabric barriers for chemical and biological threat protection

The BondBarrier™ range is a family of low-cost, high-performance composite fabrics engineered as chemical and biological barriers against man-made and environmental threats utilizing Saint-Gobain's CoreTech Barrier membrane. These composites are designed to provide a wide range of protection against chemical and biological warfare agents as well as TICS/TIMS.

BondBarrier™ fabrics are constructed to meet the physical requirements of MIL-PRF-44103, including flame resistance, blackout, and mildew resistance. The BondBarrier™ composite family currently consists of a range of products including, but not limited to, exterior wall / floor, liner, plenum, and ducting. These composites were developed to allow standard fabrication welding techniques to be utilized, including RF, hot air, hot wedge, and hot bar.

Adhesive-backed coated / laminated fabrics

Our Speed Repair range of adhesive-backed coated or laminated fabrics used to quickly and temporarily repair tears and punctures, thus eliminating the need for an additional adhesive in your repair kit. Speed Repair is easy to use, negating mess, hazards and special handling requirements. Speed Repair's typical roll size is 30in x 150in, but can be provided in various sizes including patches. Most adhesive-backed fabrics are stock items.
