Scandinavian Shelter Systems AS (3S) awarded contract on delivery of 32 hydraulic, fully automatic 3in1 Box in Box Expander.
3S has during 2007 developed a unique consept in a fully automatic hydraulic 3in1 container. The container has flat floor, up to 8 doors, wide side opening with door-in-door on one side, and an expandable technical room. 3S has been awarded a contract on delivery of 32 hydraulic, fully automatic 3 in 1 with flat floor to Danish Container Supply (DCS) which has a framework agreement with the Danish Army. The delivery will be completed ultimo 2008.
The container is operated by one person and erected within 3-4 minutes. The expanding sections are self-supporting and allow expansion whilst on a truck or trailer. The hydraulic pumps are powered by the 24V curciut on the truck.
The container is specially made for communication purposes, but are useful for all puposes requiring rapid erection, and ease of use.
